Return and Refund Policy

Vynara Flooring is responsible for only quantities and sizes provided in this quote. The customer is responsible for verification that the material quoted matches project specifications, sizes and quantities.

Upon delivery, customer is responsible to inspect and sign for the order. All claims should be filed with trucking company upon delivery.

In the event the customer would like to return the product after the product is delivered, the customer has 2 business days from the day the product was delivered to notify Vynara Flooring via email, If we are not notified of this return request within 2 business days of the product being delivered, Vynara Flooring will be unable to assist with the return request. Refund will be issued within 2-3 business days once the material is received, inspected and approved by the manufacturer. The order must be the full quantity that was ordered and in the original packaging. Once a product has been installed it cannot be returned or exchanged, as installing flooring product will constitute an acceptance of received materials.

The customer is responsible to pay 30% restocking fee of the product, shipping to and back to the warehouse charges.

In case of damaged product you will get refund only when your claim is approved, and a credit (except shipping and tax) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once the material is received, inspected and approved by the manufacturer.

The customer has no later than two business days upon receipt of the merchandise to notify customer service with the following info:

Confirmation that the product has not been cut or installed.

Delivery may be contactless and dropped off at your residence or establishment.

Any custom/special orders cannot be cancelled or returned all sales are FINAL. No refund will be issued until received, inspected and approved by the manufacturer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFUNDS

Customer must initiate a return request via call or email and we will respond back in 24hrs. Customer must have a signed POD and photos noting all damages to receive a replacement or refund for damaged items.

You must inspect all boxes for damage before signing any paperwork.

We will not send any replacements unless the freight company approves the claims for credit.
